Ohhh yes! I have found my favorite election day painting! This is filled with mystery...as we all anxiously await results. Lovely, truly, lovely.

How sweet to find someone in Israel the evening I am watching an African American elected President in the US of A! Israel having been another chapter in my life some forty seven years ago, when I lived there for five years!
Your drawings and paintings are lovely to see...many with local things that evoke memories for me, even the cow (I lived in a Kibbutz). ;-)

As usual, seeing what you've done with it makes me wish I'd taken this week's challenge. Your interpretation is unique--and I really love the scumbly way you've painted the trees!

You are all very generous in your comments.
Up until now, because I never know what to say in return, except thank you, I have not said anything to comments. However, I can't just continue like this.
So, thank you very much!
@Erika -I am honored!
@Lisa -oh, my...thank you!
@Irit -you are so sweet...and so Israeli in your compliments :-)
@Lynn - I am glad I could bring back some nice memories. When are you coming back to visit??
@bibi- thank you for linking. I am flattered, and no - I couldn't make you disappear. Your work is great!
@laura- since the newspaper man I have been looking for your watercolors on DSDF. What happened?
